Return Policy

At ZooLike Apparel, every item is made to order just for you. Because of this personalized process, we only accept returns or issue refunds for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us at zoolikeapparel@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery. Be sure to include:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the item
  • A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed, we’ll either send a replacement or issue a full refund—whichever you prefer.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Sizing issues
  • Change of mind
  • Gift returns

We recommend double-checking our sizing chart and product details before placing your order.

EU Customers

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you may be eligible to return it within 14 days of receiving it. Please note that made-to-order or personalized items may not qualify under this policy.
